Spark The Season Week 2

I'm doing a photo a day in December with themes from SparkPeople. Here's week two.

Day 8: Best Part of Winter. Training for races! 


Day 9: Snack. A friend posted that it was International Brownie Day. I didn't resist.


Day 10: Home. A squirrel in his home nest peers in at us in an upstairs room.


Day 11: Breakfast. Mine is always oatmeal with dried berries and a teaspoon each of peanut butter and maple syrup.


Day 12: Cookies. I made some healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Protein No-Bake cookies. These are good after a run and packed with nutrition, as well as tasty.


Day 13: Someone I Love. Photo from our Paris trip.


Day 14: Decorations. Christmas tree at the county park where I run.
