My friend Beth Rene' gave me a big bag of cucumbers from her garden. So I made Bread and Butter pickles! They are GOOD.

Here's the sliced cucumbers, bell peppers and green onions after sitting in brine overnight in the fridge.

And then...pickles! It takes so long to get everything going, no wonder people tend to can large amounts all in one day and just get it over with. Wish I'd had more stuff to can.
